MY CAREER AUTOBIOGRAPHY

 I am a supply chain strategist with 4+yrs enriched experience in Sourcing, Procuring Materials along with Inventory Management, and Logistics & Commercial Operations. My ideology of leading the Procurement and Supply Chain function as small business function for Indian companies, with the same mind set I have worked with Diageo, and currently I am working with 3rd largest Alco-Beverage manufacturing company Allied Blenders and Distillers Pvt Ltd and gained comprehensive experience and insight on various aspects of Procurement, Logistics, Vendor Management, Procurement Planning, Materials Management, Inventory Management and to run commercial operations independently as an entrepreneur for a small business function or company.

• Developing sourcing strategies by vendor identification, development of external stake holders and strengthening the logistics function associated to business area called manufacturing  plant and consider these areas as small business function to the manufacturing plant  and applying small business function reduction strategies, small business function cost benefits, operating manufacturing plant with the ideology of small business cost benefits through optimizing operational cost, improving savings, efficiency and working capital to the  business area called manufacturing plant.

• Focusing on optimizing small  business operational cost we are improving savings to supply chain process by this deep  understanding we apply diverse assignments in SCM such as optimizing maintenance cost at manufacturing locations by adopting effective negotiation with vendors and procuring diverse materials as per the internal stakeholders requests. Partnering with vendors and providing valuable advice to internal stake holders as well as to external stake holders for effective functioning of SCM process at both ends for smooth operations of the plant. Most of the abilities are spent to resolve the operational issues and bottle neck problems by procuring the material on time which boosts for smooth running of business area or manufacturing plant and avoiding critical process to stop of the business area and to improve the production of business area.

As an entrepreneur or leader in running the small business area with abilities to manage across cross functional teams and motivating the teams to work towards the organisational goals with integrity and to follow the industry best practices and ensuring them to follow the industry guidelines to meet safety compliance at work place.

 

 

Career Introduction:

I started my career as Digital Marketing Executive in Performetris company from Jan 2015 - Jul 2015, Later I worked as Digital Marketing Executive in the Vays Infotech Pvt Ltd company from Jul 2015 to Mar 2016,Later i worked as SEO Analyst in the Good Work Labs company from April 2016 to Sep 206, Later i worked as Procurement Executive in Diageo company from Sep 2016 to Oct 2018, currently I am working with Allied Blenders and Distillers as Commerical executive, my objectives are driving changes to the company through supply chain process
